James Ritter, Esquire, to Return to Private Practice
James A. Ritter, Esquire, is returning to private practice as of January 1, 2019. He has made this decision in order to provide his clients with personalized service in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Real Estate.
His office will remain in Emmaus where he has practiced law for over 17 years. This location has adjacent parking, is handicapped accessible, and has an elevator.
Attorney Robert (Bob) B. Roth of The Roth Law Firm will be joining Attorney Ritter in the Emmaus office.
Mr. Ritter’s practice will be affiliated with The Roth Law Firm, whose four attorneys have over 100 years of experience in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Business Succession Planning, and Guardianships. The affiliation with The Roth Law Firm will provide additional expertise and continuity for Attorney Ritter.
Mr. Ritter is looking forward to providing his clients with the personalized service they have come to expect while remaining in the Emmaus office in which they are familiar.
About James A. Ritter, Esquire: A long-time resident of the Emmaus area, Jim has been practicing law in the Lehigh Valley since 1980. He specializes in the areas of estate planning and administration, small business planning, real estate law, and elder law. Jim has a BS in Business and Economics (Accounting) with honors from Lehigh University and a J.D. from Albany Law School. Jim is a member of Pennsylvania Bar Association (1980-present), Bar Association of Lehigh County (1980-present), Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley (1995 to present).
